Do you provide bilingual technical support?
Yes. Our team handles English and Spanish on every channel. WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls in either language receive responses in the same language. For project drawings or specifications in Spanish, send via WhatsApp or email for fastest turnaround.
What information should I include in my first inquiry?
Project type (multifamily, commercial, hotel, modular), location (city + state), estimated square footage, target construction date, and required panel thickness if known. Drawings or spec books are welcome but not required for an initial estimate.
Where do you ship?
Continental US. We coordinate container orders direct from PLYCEM manufacturing plants in Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Honduras to your jobsite, with typical door-to-door delivery of 3–4 weeks (ocean freight, US customs clearance, and final-mile trucking handled end-to-end). Bring us your project location and we will route the shipment that makes sense.
Direct factory shipping from Central America
Material ships container-direct from PLYCEM manufacturing plants in Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Honduras to US ports of entry. Typical door-to-door delivery is 3–4 weeks including ocean freight, customs clearance, and final-mile trucking to your jobsite.
